We are proud to announce that our Business, CK Facilities Management Limited, together with our included businesses CK Consumables Limited, CK Group Services Limited and City + Kent Cleaning Limited have, yet again, been re-certified after an audit by LRQA, and verified by UKAS, to have successfully met the ISO standards of ISO 9001-2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001-2015 (Environmental Standard) and ISO 45001-2018 (Health and Safety Management Systems) in our Integrated Management System.

In meeting the requirements of these international standards, we offer our clients high quality services professionally delivered by our companies whose workforces are well trained, motivated, and focused on client satisfaction in works undertaken or products supplied. The safety of our workers and all who may be affected by our business undertakings is a priority to us and key to our success.

CK Facilities Management Limited and it’s three subsidiary companies, City + Kent Cleaning Limited, CK Group Services Limited and CK Consumables Limited, have all been again awarded SafeContractor, SSIP and SafePQQ accreditations for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace. Our application was driven by our need for a uniform standard across the businesses. SafeContractor aims to enhance our successes in winning new contracts and demonstrates our commitment to health and safety. This accreditation gives peace of mind to our clients through reassurance that we are a safe company to do business with and are committed to continuously improving health and safety standards as well as to sustainable and ethical practices and work compliantly in line with all current regulations.

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) is the certification body which sets standards for the electrical contracting industry. CK Group Services Limited are certified as a NICEIC Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer. 

In maintaining this certification we undergo regular vigorous inspections and assessments by the NICEIC in relation to electrical works carried out by our team of qualified electricians and, through this, are able to demonstrate our company’s competence, technical knowledge and adherence to current industry standards and regulations.

Meeting the NICEIC’s requirements for competence and technical knowledge, allows us to offer our clients the reassurance that we meet with high quality standards and perform electrical installations, repairs and maintenance with a strong focus on quality and safety. Our clients can have confidence that any works completed by us at their premises are carried out by our team of experienced electrical engineers who are qualified as a minimum to the latest BS 7671 standard. 

CK Consumables Limited are proud to be a member of the Cleaning and Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA). Following a full assessment of our supplied product range, we have once again been awarded Accredited Distributor status. 

The CHSA Code of Practice and Accreditation Scheme gives buyers of cleaning and hygiene products the certainty that CK Consumables Limited are an ethical and environmentally sustainable business.  We provide good quality, fit for purpose products, and are amongst the very best within the consumable distribution industry.  Our customers can guarantee ‘what’s on the box is what’s in the box’.

CK Facilities Management Limited has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer. Our employees benefiting from this will receive pay significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s.
